Abandoned surrogate baby

Postby ngl2010 » Sun Aug 03, 2014 9:24 pm

It is in The Straits Times today. Page A9. But here is a link to more detailed news.

The biological parents have no heart. How could they sleep at night? :gloomy:

It makes us wonder why this Aussie couple wants to be parents? Or perhaps the agent misrepresented their interest? If only they would surface and say something......

I :salute: the surrogate mum's love for the boy, speaks volume of her as a parent. Kudos.

no blood relations to the boy...yet so much feelings for him.
if the Aussie couple only had the boy, would they still have abandoned him?

Cannot like that say. It's her blood that flow thru the baby.
For the Aussie couple, it's just an egg and sperm of the many they produced.

I believe the Aussie couple is having a rough time but they did not make the right decision.

Sometimes when we want something real bad, we tried for years, exhausted all means, and in the end the result was not what we bargained for. We might not be able to accept so we reject.

In this case, it's almost like mail order. Order but didn't see or feel, no bonding and no attachment, so less moral responsibility?

I wonder if the Aussie parents will ever tell the twin sister about her brother? How will the twin sister feels when she hears the truth.

9 months of having the babies in her womb is enough to develop a strong bond. God bless this kind-hearted lady.

Definitely not...the Aussie parents will not tell the girl she has a brother. In fact it was reported that the couple told the Thai surrogate mother to abort because one of the twin has Down syndrome.
