Where to buy tall laundry basket with lid?

Postby sleepy » Fri Nov 13, 2015 4:36 pm

Hi, any suggestion where to buy this?

Not necessarily the exact same thing but something similar.
The one in pic is too expensive.

Looking for something at reasonable price because I need to buy at least 4.

Also, would the clothes smell if cover with lid all the time?
Does lifting lid to air the dirty laundry during the day help?

I came across this on Ikea website. Not exactly the design I have in mind but it does meet the tall and with lid criteria. Price okay too.

Need to organise my laundry area. It is a horrible mess now.
My existing baskets are without lid and see through so they are not pretty sight.

Off hand I can only think of Ikea and qoo10.
Where else can I find nice looking laundry baskets?

Also welcome tips on how to keep laundry area neat :please:

:thankyou: in advance for sharing :rahrah:

Personally I dun fancy laundry basket wif lid. I think it keeps those germs inside n the clothes stinks

Maybe u can get those wif lids but dun use the lids. Taka or Robinson might have those classy looking ones but it's the higher end ones. Pretty and good tings dun come cheap but I find they do last longer.

I saw someone buying that tall laundry basket from Robinsons.
really tall ones. I throw all the clothes directly into the washing machine...laundry basket takes up space.

I don't even like laundry baskets which have closed or nearly-closed sides. I prefer to have large holes in the sides. In our warm and humid climate, air circulation is important, especially if the clothes sit there for a day or more before washing.

But don't you have to sort colours from the rest?

Yep I want to ask same qn .

I will keep all dark n red clothes aside in laundry basket n wash
Mayb every 3 to 5 days . Daily washing clothes just throw into machine
I let machine do laundry every night.
