just want to know how long does the HDB 1st appointment usually lasts? some agents said 1 hour, some said 2-3 hours. :?

It's possible that you may have to wait for more than 1 hour. Suggest to bring newspapers or magazines to while away the time if that happens.

As Tankee mentioned earlier, it really depends on the queue that day and time.

say no queue leh? but then again, what is the point of fixing an appt and then have to queue again???

Just guessing... Maybe those others in front of the queue are late? or take longer time than expected to complete their transactions? Or they asking too many questions?

So if a few like that, sure got bottle-neck in the queue system. :|

make sure all parties arrive on time. If i did not remember wrong, only when all parties are there then can register to take a queue number.

yalor .. and unexpected events like HDB officer stomach ache need to go toilet, printer paper jam, computer system hang, etc etc

to spread the arrival thus shorter queue lor ....

if your appointment time is very early in the morning then chances are you will not need to wait.
