I am reviving this thread again. If any of you have experience running a tuition programme or volunteering your service as a tutor in a Voluntary Welfare Organisation before, can you please share your experience with me? Or send me a private message if it is more convenient.

Specifically, I want to know how you ensure your pool of volunteer tutors keep to their commitment, what worked and what didn't etc
