Lol. I read until I got cross-eyed. Talk about double negatives. Why don't they just say Singapore is now banned from EU? Easier, right?

My German friend who has been working in Singapore for 3 years, went back to Germany last week, if the EU just say Singapore is now banned, then how could my German friend return home?

There are many people travelling between Singapore and EU countries every day and therefore cannot just say "Banned".

Maybe to Chiefks, ban means no travel freely need under stricter restrictions. But hope no quarantine lol else can be quite a waste.

It’s not a “ban” but with restrictions & quarantine r’qmts. Some quarantine r’qmts load with PCR & 14 days’ quarantine, whereas previously it can be cleared within hours of negative tests & free to travel into yr European destination. Altho we’ve received VTL, u’ll soon discover some countries only permit family reunion, business travels or returning foreign students & not as yet tourism. Check the ICA for VTL details.

Even we are the most open and clean city for all these years doesn't mean that we are forever. Environment and situation may change, the most important is how to adjust our mindset to adapt to the new environment and accept the new challenge in front of us. Feeling sad and sigh....cannot help us in facing difficult situation.

I believe this is what we have to teach our kids how to tackle challenges in their future.
