Where to buy Beatles music score?

Postby markfch » Fri May 14, 2010 2:19 pm

I'm trying to learn how to play pop music especially Beatles songs on the piano. Any idea where can I buy the score sheets? I've checked Yamaha & Christofori shops but they don't sell. Thanks.

Hey, my DH is a big fan of Beatles and he bought a thick Beatles score book from Yamaha. But it was quite some time ago. It's called The Beatles Complete, Piano/Organ/Vocal Edition, by Wise Publications. Maybe you can check w/ yamaha again or ask if they can order for you :D

Thanks minnie, will try. My piano teacher said that I'll subconsiously hum the tune whenever I play Beatles song. Really enjoy playing those oldies as it reminds me of my childhood days

You're welcome markfch! So far my DH can only play Hey Jude. It took him such a long time to learn that all my kids can sing the song now. Now he's finally moving on to the Fool on the Hill, which seems like an easier piece  .

Hi minnie,

Managed to pre-order a copy of Beatles music score at Pianoman at Bukit Timah Plaza. Can't wait to get it cos then I can have excuse to *ahem* skip playing those classical songs that are nice to listen to but difficult to learn

Finally got my Beatles piano score at Chui Piano, Thomson Plaza. Sales rep even recommended Carpenters as they belong to same era. Got both, so now very excited about piano lessons again.

At least can learn the songs from my childhood.
