We are charged for lesson that falls on holidays

Postby xris » Thu Feb 02, 2012 6:27 pm

Dear Parents,

Good day.

My child enrolled in the Ballet and Music Company at the very beginning when a branch was newly opened. Right now, without giving us any notice, they changed their terms and conditions, we are now charged even when there are no lesson due to public holidays and their own center's designated holidays. I find this very unreasonable, I want to know if other ballet schools have such terms and conditions too.

Thank you.

Yamaha has a calendar of holidays - can google n see - I still pay for the full mth.

Julia Gabriel charges by term n if it is public holiday for that day, then it's too bad.

Both abv although are not ballet schools but the charging concept is similar. :)
