I have gave my girl learn music theory only. She has been learning for a few months already. Now is in grade 1 and she finds that it is quite difficult for her. I have been sitting in the music school to wait for her and realised that their music teacher is not passion in teaching. I can hear that a few teachers in the room keep scolding the children include my girl. I thought learning music suppose to have the patient and calm but they are not. The teacher speak to my girl in chinese. Where can I find a good teacher to teach music theory.

Or maybe try one of the bigger music schools. But there is little fun for your daughter if she just learn the theory. Why don't you let her have a bit of practical too?
