Try shops selling handicraft materials. I think Jurong Point may have.

You should be able to find them in any handicraft or stationary shop.

I bought mine from Daiso, but I think it's good to call them because they are a popular item that gets sold out fast.

You might also want to try Spotlight if you're in the area.

Jurong Point has a handicraft shop - just look for it in its directory. :D

Try the verge (previous Tekka Mall) opp Tekka market. On the 4th or 5th flr, party supply shops moved there from blanco court/ concourse. I saw they have wiggly eyes of various sizes
