Crochet beanie that I made today. Stress level from kids getting a bit high.

What's your craft for the day.

Thanks ladies.

I usually take about 2 days to complete one when i find pockets of time. But yesterday was a bit of a marathon cos I was trying to block out a few things. Stress at home from the old and the young. Sewing and crochet calms my mind.

Ammonite, :rahrah: :boogie:

I am amazed at the resources on the web for tutorials and patterns. Really can self learn. Ravelry.com has a lot of free patterns on crochet that grade from easy to advanced. Currently I am learning to make crochet flower bouquets. Lovely.

Hope you will start making one soon!

I zoomed to view your stitches; they are similar or almost identical like machine made.
I am amazed by your patience and skills. I definitely can’t handle such a delicate job

Starlight, thanks for your kind words.

I am barely scratching the surface. If you get to see what the pros can come up with, you'll go gaga ...

Such a beauty! I've been wanting to learn how to crochet. When I was young, my grandma used to crochet a lot of things and now that I'm older I regret for not asking her to teach me how. But I guess it isn't too late yet. I will try to look for tutorials online! :xedfingers:

I used to crochet when I was younger and I wanted to try that again now that I'm older. Such a nice creation! Makes me want to try it myself! :imanangel:
