Post by sunshine05 » Thu Jun 24, 2010 2:48 pm

Any idea where to get the paints for Chinese painting and the paper (rice paper?) ? Any Chinese painting books to recommend?

Thanks.

Beautiful Chinese paintings to admire during the Mid Autumn Festival...

You can admire the REAL masterpieces in Taipei's National Palace Museum:

*The shorter segment of this masterpiece is currently exhibited in Zhejiang Provincial Museum. The longer segment is in Taipei Palace Museum.
**The 3rd counterfeit copy is in Taipei Palace Museum too.

These are exhibited in Beijing's The Palace Museum@Forbidden City:

Any Chinese art classes in Punggol? I remember learning when I was young and enjoyed it.
