My daughter is super hyper active.......any1 can reccommend any activities so she can 'exhaust' all e energy outside?

swimming? with out hot weather, after an hour of swim lessons and another hour of waterplay, she'll conk out for the rest of the day. :lol:

My DS, now 11 year old, still very active as well.
He was even worst when he was 4 yo..

Yes, physically exhausting them is one good approach, swimming is a good way, but they usually have short focus span, and some swimming teachers had given up on him.
I let him play piano, this is to balance the left and right brain, it will be hard in the begining, because the backside is sharp one -- said by his teacher.
Diet wise, avoid purified, process food, especially white sugar, white bread, chocolate, sweetened drinks etc.

Gummy bear with Zinc (GNC) will help too.

You need to be more active than them, be patient, good luck.
