Engaging all family members in some form of physical exercise/sports is one avenue that you can consider!

Some suggested avenues can be cycling, swimming, jogging, badminton, hiking etc. Engaging in such activities as a medium to family bonding encourages the family members to break out of their comfort zone and exposes the family to different experiences. At the same time, it builds physical resilience - be it for the young or the old.

Education in sports is evolving to cater to the needs of many new age parents where parents are keen to play an active role in their child's physical endeavors. Many sports classes such as swimming and tennis offers inclusive learning for both parents and their children!

Hi parents,

With the opening of the National Gallery of Singapore, you have one more place worth visiting with your children to enjoy art activities together :D

Perhaps you could
- Visit theme parks/zoo
- have a picnic at maybe east cost park
- go for a run in parks
- catch a move
- do sports together (eg rollerblading/cycling)

For active kids, try out Trampoline Park!

There are about 5 in Singapore.
Katapult in ORTO Park(Yishun), ZOOM Park(Pandan Gardens), AMPED in KIM YAM Road and Jurong East or Skyhigh in Burghley Drive.

Price range $15-$20 per hour jump. Participants need to buy a pair of grip socks at $2-$3.
