Read all about Dr Elizabeth Pang, the brainchild behind Stellar literacy program in primary schools. Dr Elizabeth Pang is also in charge of the MOE kindergarten literacy program to link it with the primary program. I attended her talk during MOE Excel Fest this year.

Yes but not sure fr which batch of upper primary. I know for my dd1's batch, they will have STELLA fr P1 - P6

STELLAR was extended to upper primary from this year, so if your child was in P4 this year, they will continue with STELLAR up to P6.

Many of these P1 stellar storybooks (all those above you mentioned) are found in Nie library :-
