Is it alright, during a picture conversation, for the kid to use

'perhaps' ?? is it acceptable by school teachers??

Thanks :)

If the child is expressing a possibility, it is alright to use 'perhaps'.

E.g.
Picture showing the scene of a shopping centre and there's a girl with a little boy (alone, no adult nearby) who is crying.
"Perhaps the little boy is lost and the girl is trying to comfort him and help him to find his parents."

nothing wrong in using perhaps. can even sub it with ' I think.... I believe...yr child will get better marks if he/she voices out their opinions and don't forget to conclude...
