  “怕输家长”(kiasuparents.com)网站丄,就上述事件引起热烈讨论。

I think what is important to me is not that I made it into the newspapers. What is important is how many people agree with me that...
(1) taxpayers pay for Teachers who write these exams
(2) education is a public service

... and hence the test papers should fairly belong to the nation, not the schools nor the Teachers.

However the law interprets it is one thing. I know what copyright law states. The person who writes it owns the copyright unless otherwise stipulated in a legal document. However, is the law being fair in this case?

There was also a time when slavery was perfectly legal an institution. That did not make it right.

:goodpost: absolutely no reason why the clan can claim the exam papers as their 'own'. Ultimately, these schools still belong to MOE who is the parent after all.
