PSLE Foundation Mathematics

Dear All

After talking to some parents. There are pretty mix reviews about the PSLE Math Paper. More training/revision should be given by allowing those taking PSLE to try to do harder papers.

On another note, a couple of my friends whose children took the Foundation Math are a whole lot more anxious. Their kids felt that it was more of a test of language and understanding rather than their knowledge of math.

Paper 1 2-marks MCQ were really challenging and worst still, the Paper 2 was very wordy and not easy to do... If the standard pupils found it hard to their paper, just imagine what these foundation students are going through....

Morale is at an all time low, i guess!
