No, but if your child is among the top 25% of his level and your family income is below $4000 per month, he'll get Edusave award. The amount depends on the level. Edusave scholarships are given to students from P5 and the amount given depends on the percentile and level.

Besides MOE, are there any scholarships from other organisations?

Not bursary.

Google but can't seem to find any.

Yes and they are from private organisations like Hokkien Huay Kuan. You must be a member to qualify. I don't know any myself except these Chinese clans.

There is from NTUC for P2 onward (for result of P1 onward).... My DS got it for the last 2 yrs, S$100 & S$125

Open to all NTUC union members. I am not Income policyholder. And only General Branch member.
Look out for the notice around Feb/Mar. Or check through the websites. The giving out ceremony will be somewhere in Oct/Nov.

What is General Branch member? You mean not all NTUC union members can apply? Only know used to receive this when I was young thru my father who was a taxi driver for NTUC comfort.

General Branch mean that those not in group union / not represented by union but still can enjoy the union perks.
So those normal union member (ex. UWEEI, etc) will most definitely eligible...
