Just wondering if it's a guideline from MOE that there are only 5 periods of Science lesson per week for upper primary?
Just been told by the school that there will be weekly Science "supplementary" lessons. It's just a 1-hour lesson but we have a big issue with transport logistics. When usually she can reach home 1.30pm, to attend a 1.30-2.30pm lesson, she will reach home around 5.30pm only as there's only 1 afternoon school bus leaving 4.30pm, another 1 hour to be spent on bus journey.
Realised that there are a lot of other other non-core subjects which take up a lot of lesson time......
Is this the norm in all primary schools? Thanks.
