My concept of chillipadi is a cute little girl fencer I watched who kept chasing another girl that was like 3 times her size. Not just for one bout, but for all bouts. It was a memorable sight.

Welcome chilipadi! Hope you'll help spice up our community here :) !

Hello chilipadi, welcome to KSP! :)

I'm quite a newbie myself - also has a 5-yr-old, and also looking for school! Which area are you staying?

chiefkiasu,
Used to be a small little gal but that was yons ago. Now am the girl that is 3 times bigger, hahaha... after 2 kids never went back to shape...sigh

gigue,
me staying in hougang st 21... schools available:
Holy Innocence Primary
CHIJ nativity
CHIJ cooling Close (my old school)
Paya Lebar Methodist girls

Hb don't want methodist school so I am one choice down. Of the 3 school above, Holy Innocence has the best standard. donno abt the 2 IJs so have to go and find out. Not so keen on Holy Innocence cos' it's co-ed. Daughter is already tomboy enuf, if she continues to mix with more boys, I cannot imagine what will happen... HEADACHE.....

Hi chilipadi, haha - maybe with boys around, your dd will learn to be more demure!? ;) Looks like you've got your P1 schooling business quite planned out already. :)

My area is CCK, so that's across the island from yours... ;)

chilipadi,
i do agree with gigue. even if she does not learn to be demure, being in a co-ed school gives her another choice of group of friends...ie some girls just can't click with friends who are girls and are better off with friends who are boys.

welcome to KSP. 8)
