Hello all,

Self intro...

Am a mum to a 18mth boy. Gave birth at 36, hoping to have 2 more.

This site is very informative: found a good review on the ccc i intend to send my son in next month, all thanks to another mum sharing her views here.

Cheers

Wow, you plan to have another 2..... :salute:

I delivered 2.5 yrs ago at 36 too. Was thinking of another, but now got high blood pressure.... so if we don't get one by end of year. it would be factory close.....

Hi thebusybee... welcome to KiasuParents.com! Glad you found something useful, but remember that 1 view doesn't make everything right, and there is still the element of chemistry between your child and the CCC's teachers that may make the difference.

Anyway, I enjoyed what you put up in terms of the caravan holidays. Great idea! How much did you spend on the caravan? Did you need to return it where you first rented it?

Hi you pple are so friendly. :lovesite:

MLR,
****lotsa baby dusts to u****

We like to have more children coz they bring joys! We married late & Dh 7 yrs my senior. Had a mc 1 yr after married, finally got my DS 3 yrs later... But then it's all up to God's will to give us more children.

Chief, :salute:
Yes, also hear good reviews from others too.

Re: Holidays
There are many types of caravans in OZ, from thrifty to luxurious ones. We rent the van near Perth airport @ $50+ a day for 1st week (sits & sleeps 3 with kitchen but no toilet/shower) The 2nd week we changed to bigger veh. (5 Adults 1 Tod) which sleeps 6 @ $200+ a day, has kitchen,tv, toilet & shower.

Same as car rental, they do charge one way fee if drop off at another location.

DH Kiasu King, always did thorough homework before booking flights, vehicle & accommodations. It's a thrill to spend the minimal and soak in as much scenery as possible to make it worth. haha...

Hi buds

I might get that feeling of running home if i have 2.. and 3.... by then need to get advice from u.

I guess with older kids we'll plan the holiday cater more to their likings. The Phuket Resort u recommended seems fun for school age kids.

Yeeeah.. It was too fun till it was hard to leave without tears.
I went there on my birthday - present from hubs.
They actually sang for me birthday song and braided my
hair ala Thai gypsies - as birthday gift and a going away
memory of them.

That was in Karon Beach. Cleaner beaches and less crowded.
The one we stayed within Patong Beach - Deevana Patong
Resort and Spa. Cheap and clean but no kids club. The best
surprise came when our Deluxe Room was upgraded to the
Executive Suite. No extra charge! Woohoo! Yeaiy!
:celebrate:

http://www.phuket.com/deevana/rooms.htm

The unique feature was a jacuzzi pool right outside our balcony!
Sadly, they forgot to mentioned the water came without HEATER
functions. So, since it was year end... the winds were icy cool esp
when you're dipping in there.

Hey, i declare you kiasu traveller momma!
I too, love to scour everything prior to travel.
Bringing 2 small kids along in our travel plans
calls for more necessary knowledge before travel.
So, we all got loads of excitement hearing about
your trips. Any pictures, babe?

buds,

Ya... you'll get addicted especially the trip's enjoyable, & end up asking for more..more...more...

 Can wait to go for the next holiday.

Have you got any China travel suggestion/tips to share? It's been in my lists for a while cos HB and me think we'll like the many beautiful places we've seen on tv. The last time we visited SH & Yellow Mountain, found the mountains spectacular & unique.

These are the collages of my recent trip:
