Mummy North_Mummy: New Mummy Report!

Postby North_Mummy » Tue Sep 20, 2011 1:57 pm

Hi all,

Start introducing myself: A full time working mother with a 21mth old boy staying in sembawang.
.

Just wonder any mummy staying in sembawang too???

Seriously, i find staying at sembawang with a young baby is not really very good. The sourcing of infant care to childcare is a nightmare to me. Suddenly when i think of primary school will be another nightmare. :imdrowning: Anyone share the same thoughts as me.

Dear North_Mummy, welcome to KiasuParents.com.

Yes, the uncertainty and hassle is frightening, isn't it? That's why we had started KiasuParents.com so that you can offload some of that fear and learn from more seasoned parents.

Good morning to all of you.

Chief-Yes you are right. Actually i do not think i am very kiasu parent at first but the encounters that i face when sourcing for infant to childcare is so horrible then let me start thinking P1 registration. Will I get a place at the primary school which is 5min walk from my house as both my hubby and I was not an ex student of the school and not done any PV ??

Just to check any mummy staying in north who have kids around 2-3yrs old we can go out for koppi and arrange for playdates for our young one. Can share tips for taking care and coaching our young ones.

Also looking for any members of Hokkien Huay kuan?
