those 680+,690+ new CCk Cres flats are so affordable and nice!!! but main cons is the lack of accessibility - pretty ulu....

my elder is boy, younger is gal...hence must find co-ed sch hehehe. ooh..thanks for informing me abt the club..will c the thread.

agree with you the flats there are newer n nice but a bit far off to central. i have yet to visit the new yt central but heard it's pretty happening.
mine is 2++ nearer to lot1.

near Lot1 is very convenient!
but the food at Lot1 is very expensive....or rather the niang tou fu stall on the library level :P

I agree with you jedamum.. the food at LOT 1 is generally rather
expensive..plus not really that nice as well.

However, there is an eating place nearby LOT 1 where buds & I
have been to recently...Its located within a park.. beside KJE. (Open Air Concept)

I dunno what is the name of that place but I think the food is
reasonably OK lah...with a FAIR price tag..

i rarely eat at Lot 1 area...usually just hang out for coffee while waiting for son's phonics class at HDB centre.
