Welcome Eagle-Ladybird! Guess you can't make up your mind which you like more - the predator or the insect? :)

It's great that your kids have ages that are so close... they can be the best of buddies as they grow up. There is a gulf of 10 years between my eldest sister and myself, and I find myself not really relating to her as much as I relate to my youngest sister.

Tks to all.

Chief - Eagle is my son's Nick and, Ladybird is my daughter. There's a story behind how these names came about :D . Maybe I'll share it one of these days. Yes, they're buddies . . . equally serious sparing partners too, and they can be both just within 1 hour together

(BTW - I'm a Daddy, did I get my profile wrong ??)

Thank you to all, once again.

Started reading some of the interesting threads here and realised a lot of "short-forms" are used. Is there a reference table for these

Is yer wifey here too, Eagle-Ladybird?

:welcome: another daddy to KiasuParents.

Dun mind the Chief... he has the tendency
to anyhow suka suka change people's gender
here in KiasuParents, cos according to him it's
fine and absolutely painless when it's done in
cyberspace.

I've 2 kiddies myself... girls aged 8 and 5+ yrs.
Busy preparing DD1 for SA2 exams and preparing
DD2 for Primary 1. How about you guys? Didn't reali
know your kiddies' age cos in your profile it just stated
your joining-in-here date.. ie. 7 September.. hee..
