Mummy anastashia: Hellow from a mother of 1 and 2nd one otw

Hi all

I just joined the forum cos I find there are interesting topic beings discussed.

Currently have a 2 years old daughter and giving birth to another child some time in late Feb during CNY.

Currently my girl is not attending any school except for 1.5 hour Sunday School class in church. She's still not so used to being left alone. Thinking of sending her to short classes to play and sing for about 1-2 hours. Any school to recommend?

Wow! You're productive and complying with gahmen (govt)
policies and definitely you should get all the perks. Thanks
to you, hopefully our birthrates will go up higher a bit.. go
up by one, better than none mah..

I wud suggest Tumble Tots anytime. Cool songs.. Got fun
Phonics intro (ie. Letterland Phonics)... Mandarin exposure..
Confidence building and the fun tumble play for kiddies... It
made my girls more of an all-rounder. I dun like whiny girls. :P
So i packed them off to Boot Camp so to speak! No lah, it
was so fun they remembered it till today..

Which topics are of interest to you so far?
Care to share?

Btw,.... how'd you find us?

Hello! I recommend Tumble Tots too. DD (who is now 7) still remembers how much fun she had when she was 1yo.

I noticed that you put your place of residence as "Central". I just checked the locations of Tumble Tots but none are really near Central. The locations are listed on this page: http://www.tumbletots.com.sg/find_your_ ... entre.html Are you more "east-central" or "west-central"?

I was thinking of enrolling her to Grace Kids at Great World City, doing similar thing in tumbletots, the gym activities, but not sure if they get to learn phonics etc.

Tumbletots is way too far away from my home.

If Grace Kids is nearest to you, then go for it.
Different centres will offer different programmes,
it is reali ok. She is still young now and will have
time for other kinds of activities when as she grows
older. :D For now, good to have her build self-esteem,
confidence and independence before the new baby comes!

And all the tumble play will be good for her little muscles..

I think so too. Do u tink it's necessary to let her go for Mandarin classes and phonics? I want to take it easy as she's still so young. I wish she has more childhood cos when proper school starts, the race is on.
