Mummy almonds: Newbie mum

Postby almonds » Fri Nov 06, 2009 1:55 pm

Hi

I'm a newbie mum here who lurked around for two weeks in the GEP thread and enjoyed the humorous conversation threads there for the past two weeks.

Hoping to learn from the helpful posters here and to share our experiences together. :)

I don't even have dreams of the GEP.
what gives me the creeps is the expectations of drop in marks between P2 and P3 (increased in subjects difficulty).

almonds, welcome to KSP 8)

hi all

thks very much for all the 'Welcome' messages!
thks to qms (Wow.. my first 'supporter'), titank, buds (longest welcome msg which is also kinda funny), jedamum (I also never dreamt of GEP, thats why I put mine in neighbourhood school, but sometimes, God has other plans...) , all.in.one (I ADORE almonds!!), amylqf, hmsg etc

Wow, I am really touched by the friendly posters here, never have I come across so many 'Welcome' banners before in my first postings to a new forum! :)

Who says "kiasu-ism" is not something we should be proud of? Judging from the friendly banter and helpful exchanges I have witnessed in the forum here, I think it's great!

Three cheers for all the kiasu-parents here! :celebrate:
