i remember my brother was coughing badly during his BMT period. in fact, hubby told me he was also coughing. partially due to morning exercise, smoke from cigarettes and other factors. hope your boy recovers soon.

I suspect it is dust mites  how clean can the beds be?

The KKH allergy doctor discourages the use of such chemical spray when I told him we were using it for ah boy's mattress.

How was the Mt Faber outlet?
Mt Faber outlet was just as crowded.. when we arrived, there was already a long queue of around 40 ppl. The saving grace was that it was an organised mess. ;) And there, I saw so many recruits coughing. Poor boys.

Went to BB polyclinic this afternoon, lesser patients than Clementi Polyclinic, to see about my heel pain. Doctor diagnosed as plantar fusciitis, arranged to see the physiotherapist next week. Prescribed me a big bag of pain killers (110 tablets altogether) :siao:

Any medicine besides painkillers? My mom had it last time and it was quite bad...then now no more. She doesn't know what actually cured it coz she takes quite many things. Recently I noticed my hubby having the pain too. And I dunno what to tell him to eat.

I used to have heel pain, some days really difficult to walk without a limp. I realised after we change our white rice to organic mixed brown rice, the pain went off after a while. Not sure if any link.
