Elder boy is still getting the lower back pain. The NUH appointment is due on 29th April, 20 more days to go.

In the meanwhile, he has been excused form jogging, running and heavy load since posted to PLC.

He was informed that he is officially out of course at PLC effective yesterday.

Now he will stay with the PLC unit as a "support" personnel until the medical review at NUH is done.

came back from the combined birthday party of nephew and niece.

The event would have been enjoyable IF ah boy had not "drama" go tell grandma he felt cold in the air conditioned function room, then grandma went around asking if we should get him something to wear to keep warm or her telling her brother ah boy not feeling well and I not hearing: ah boy 脸青青 etc.

Next week there is a full moon celebration of another cousin of hubby. I am so tempted to visit earlier to bring the gift and ang pao and skip the party to avoid meeting the extended family.

As hubby was suffering from jet lag yesterday, he went to pick elder boy up from the PLC at 6am and we went for breakfast at nearby Taman Jurong food centre (googled nearby food centre and this Taman Jurong came up as a 12 mins drive) from PLC.

Then googled Taman Jurong FC, someone recommended a mee pok stall "58".

Hubby loves this mee pok stall so much that we went there this morning. I also did my grocery at the wet mkt at ground floor.

Then I saw the homemade sausage stall sign board at the food centre 02-76. The stall was not opened when we found it this morning.

Seems like we will be going to is FC again.

Thanks for sharing. It was a good read.

I do wonder a lot (on this topic) these days. How do we know the child has good foundation in math?

I finally found the dessert bean curd sheet that does not contain preservatives.

Bought this at a dry grocery stall at Empress Road wet mkt. I broke the whole package into four portions, hence the broken pieces shown in the photo.

Now boiling the barley bean curd dessert.
