I guess it depends on your beliefs about what happens after death? And also our stage of life? My husband and I don't fear what comes after, and we are older and our kids nearly grown-up. Change is always upsetting, but we've had many good years already, and hopefully more to come, and life on earth has to end sometime.

I do fear death because it is an unknown.

I know DH will want his ashes kept at a columbarium. For me, it matters not. If I go b4 DH, it is his decision. If after, then it will be up to the kids. Only thing I mentioned was no incense and no scented candle. Not that it matters by then but since in life I cannot tahan those, then continue to avoid those for that few more days.

Since donkey years ago, I had been wanting to try this famous Haig Road putu piring.

Today I finally got to eating it at the Ang Mo Kio outlet.
The pastry is very fine n sort of dissolves in the mouth.
However the filling is too sweet, probably due to the thin uncompacted pastry.

Still prefer the Clementi tutu kueh version.

Seems like the Clementi Road tutu kueh won't last forever.

Listener to an audiobook The No Complaining Rule, highly recommended.
