Jennifer,
Try Woods’ cough syrup. Can get from any supermarket or mama shop. It contains Guaifenesin which is an expectorant. Can cough out the phlegm easily. Unfortunately flumicil doesn’t work for me. Try it.

The pharmacist recommended Robitussin (red label) thrice a day 10ml each time.
Took a dose after dinner, seems to be having less ahem.
Sleeping in air conditioned room tonight to test out.

Some more suggestions Jen :-)
Honey helps make it easier to expel phlegm. It doesnt have to be manuka, even normal honey is good .The trick is to coat the throat with honey right before bedtime.

Get well soon .

Hi, Sun.
I took manuka honey in this way during the days I saw the blood.
I think it helped to heal the wound deep down.
I will try it tonight.

:thankyou:
