Went to Seoul last week F&E for a few days.
Stayed at KY Heritage Hotel with Dongdaemum History & Culture subway just a stone's throw away n the airport shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel.
Dunno how much are the hotel charges as it was booked by a friend via Expedia.
Had my first Viking experience at SeoulLand theme park. Scary enough for me though I sat at the middle section.

Enjoyed the street food at 明洞.
Did not buy any pretty accessories for myself though.

Spent a little time only at 南大门market. Bought a big radish for Kr1,000 only. Unfortunately it became wrinkly before I could wrap up to bring back.

Went to Seoul Zoo, disappointing experience as many animals were not available for viewing. Felt cheated.

Some days were minus 0 degree.

Did not go out at night to take in the night view at Seoul N Tower or Han River.

There is a A PM Place wholesale market in fashion next to the hotel. Trendy fashion of winter clothes, spanning across 8 levels. Most shoppers r Chinese, lugging big luggages for this purchases.

Made a blunder at registering for an overseas wifi router at Changi Airport, ended up renting at Korea airport.
Changi package is a better deal- up to 6 devices & first day is FOC.
Korea package is up to 3 devices only, Kr40,700 for 5 days.
Our return flight was 9am, but still counted as 1 day.
The charging cable malfunctioned. Luckily ah boy had brought along an android cable that we could use to charge the router.
When I returned the router at the airport, I informed the staff of the malfunction cable and was given a discount after the staff checked n confirmed the cable was faulty.
I was then charged Kr34,100

I did not.
People on the streets did not display any anxiety, or at least I did not notice any panic behaviours.

There is a Daiso at 明洞
Prices vary, unlike in Sg everything $2/-.
Managed to find a tea tray for Kr5,000 only, rubber wood made in Vietnam.
Ah boy also bought a golf glove for Kr3,000 only.

The airport shuttle bus service to some hotels has a ticketing booth at Incheon International Airport.
This booth accepts credit card payment n offers family package.
We paid for 2 adults Kr16,000 each and free travel for ah boy as he meets the age criteria of Junior.
We were told we can buy the return trip tickets at the hotel.
We did not ask whether we can buy in advance the return tickets at the booth.

Upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that the hotel does not offer family package, meaning we are to buy 3 adult tickets.

On our hotel check out morning, we were told by the staff that they only accept cash payment for the airport shuttle bus.

The hotel only accepts US$, JapYen, China RMB and Euro$ for exchange.

If we stay near Seoul Station, we could take the airport express train.

Do you use the diary for recording things other than appointments? I only record appointments, and I switched over to the calendar on my phone from last year.
