I put on weight easily now, have to be selective in what I eat. I also dun take alcoholic beverages on flight. Just drink enough plain water to keep myself hydrated.
Like you, I cant sleep on planes. Think it was 2 years ago, hubby upgraded my flight to business class for an red eye flight. Full flat bed- I still could not sleep After that experience, he took his regular business class while I took econ class. No point wasting money on me
This UK trip is an exceptional case as Finnair was offering promo price on its business class, not so heartache.
Will update my experience with Finnair after I return from UK.
Btw, I googled n read reviews on Finnair before booking its tickets. Reviews were not too bad.
As for service level, I had seen over zealous SQ stewardess who chit chat with passengers during on flight purchases session. Too noisy for my threshold
