I have the hardcopy recipe in my baking recipes file ( housekeeping now).

Cut down the sugar to 150g, qty of butter as per the recipe- indeed too buttery. If bake this again, will cut down the butter n the cereal too.

Comes in 2 sizes- oval for 5.3l. round for 3l

finally :rahrah:

chose to make a raisin liquid starter last Sunday, used it to make a dough starter, then fed the dough starter for a few days until yesterday.
