Jen,

They're DC's IB Science experiments determining what level of sugar is optimum for rising & falling in variety of 1, 2 & > 5 hours of raising. Thankfully we had niece's leftover table bowls used as floral deco base bought fr ToTTs.

The 0g sugar batch will be used for my pizza. All 25 batch will be kept in freezer for now.

Excited to know if the ones that raises most will turn out more fluffy, but DH & I are usually very health conscious even with salt level. After these 25 batches, will revert to low salt & low sugar recipe. Certainly will do the kafemaru milk bun first. You've inspired me alr.

After a few months of "sufferring" blocked nose, even with taking Zyrtec and Fedac, I decided to see a doctor today. The polyclinic doctor examined the insides of my nose with a scope, told me both sides are swollen.

I also let her know of my concern that I do not hear well these days and also find myself speaking louder now in a conversation. Ears are checked but cannot see anything unusual or built up ear wax.

So she also ordered a hearing test.

Now waiting for NUH to confirm the appointment.

outside looks pretty hor

:xedfingers: the inside is fluffier than the previous attempt

I used 40g sugar in the dough and put a cube cheese inside after the first proofing for this batch.

these look pretty as I measured each portion with the weighing scale, unlike the agar method in the first attempt.
