I used 40g sugar in the dough and put a cube cheese inside after the first proofing for this batch.

Jen, your buns inspired me to make kopibun. :evil: Will do it today with my kopi kaki DC2 :wink:

me tossing around the idea too..bun or egg tart? our drinks just delivered taken off one shelf in fridge that's why hesitated..I will ask dds later, never mind la, can take out the fruits park elsewhere while cooling the tarts before baking, if they choose egg tarts :lol:

haha! Just this week, we made Mango Pudding. Distributed some to DCs' favourite teachers.

Until today saw Jen's lovely buns. So today gotta try kopi bun. If success, going to make some for DCs' teachers again.

made this with the raisin liquid starter, took more than 2 hours to double in volume for each proofing.

very curious how the texture n taste will be like.
