Kopiboy said should add 1 whole paclket woah. Also told DC2 not to be so stingy, should have pipe thicker on the bun.

Ah, don't let kopiboy addicted to coffee.

I never let kids drink coffee, only allow them cakes. Once when SIL caught sight of FIL prodding nephew to drink his, I put in my weight to support SIL as kids system not as mature esp toddler or Pri sch kids.

LC,

:thankyou:
for sharing the recipe.
I love both coffee n choco verisons

I get aching shoulder, not arm from the kneading. Tried my hands on kneading as I would very much like to get rid of the bulky Kenwood mixer to make counterspace for a toaster. The most I can work with is 250g bread flour, hence cant make more as suggested like MrsKS.

I seem to be on a baking spree

Saw the tub of yoghurt in the fridge, Yoghurt apple cake flashes across my eyes

Jennifer,

We ustand what it feels like.

DC had to knead 25 doughs for his Sc proj. We end up have a family support scheme for him - we took turns to help him knead. The youngbones hv a taste of hard work!

Jen, the more you need keep the mixer first as you are on baking marathon. our wrists and arms where got strength one, unlike women in olden days. beat eggs also I feel tired. I never do 250g flour la..too little.

"dwarf" bread which fits into this L&L storage container perfectly

this was kneaded by the Kenwood mixer to a sub-standard window pane stage (I was too impatient :spank: ).
