I like morning glory plant.

Bou a pack of the seeds from NTUC, sowed them 2 nights ago. Next morning, the seeds sprouted.

Now many hv discarded the seed leaves, 1st leaves grown.

Amazing.

Hubby gave thumbsup for the cheesecake.

Recipe very simple: cream 250g cream cheese with 70g sugar till well combined. Add 80g sour cream. Add 2 eggs, one at a time until well combined, then add the next egge. Transfer to pan, bake for 20 mins at 150 deg C.

jennifer, your cheesecake appeared in my dreams. :laugh: with extra thick crust and baked in a rectangular tin. weird. :lol:

so this one i'd definitely need to try. :smile:

which brand of sour cream, cream cheese and digestives you used?

Digestive biscuits is that red packaging one, McVites ?

Sour cream is Bulla light sour cream

Cream cheese is the Philadelphia

The recipe asks for 300g of digestive biscuits, 40g sugar n 120g melted butter.

We still hv a big amt of this left. Elder boy said to make a cheesecake again with this biscuit mixture.

U using a handheld mixer? Then shld b ok. My Kenwood mixer can't handle too small qty.

If using food processor, shld b ok too.
