We still hv a big amt of this left. Elder boy said to make a cheesecake again with this biscuit mixture.

Tell elder boy that he can make the next cheesecake, a blueberry version.

See if it garners any response from him.

Heehee, I dun want to make cheesecake. Fattening leh.

Had soaked a box of dried fruits in the leftover red wine, thinking of making fruit cake.

I'm sure of that.

Because your cheesecake looked perfect.

The taste is just right for him, not too heavy, sweet nor sour. :)

That's why I said, a perfect cheesecake. :celebrate:

I'd be trying my hand at it too.

Sour cream is Bulla light sour cream

Cream cheese is the Philadelphia

thanks! will try this weekend.

u think it'd be ok if i half the recipe?

U using a handheld mixer? Then shld b ok. My Kenwood mixer can't handle too small qty.

If using food processor, shld b ok too.

i use icy_mama's brand of mixer. au naturel and definitely kind to the environment. no need for electricity. no carbon footprint. :imanangel:

You can use low-fat Philadelphia. :imanangel:

Besides, I meant to gauge if the keyword to "the answer" is BLUEBERRY. You can finalize your twenty questions if the keyword is right.

Make this. Same base. Light custard filling. Fresh fruit toppings. Will look nicer if you glaze with gelatine

This custard and the Hokkaido cupcake custard cream is different. Hokkaido cupcake filling is more like whipped cream.

What was the problem with your custard cream?
