I just came back from Cold Storage with 2 blocks of unsalted butter :dancing:

With a soon to be empty nest, I have to start planning what to do with my time.

FIL's spine misalignment prob has deteriorated. Yet he does not want to undergo surgery, choosing to do physio.

Hubby was commenting we should travel when we still can.

So I go plan to travel? Mmmm...

I lost sb to acute leukemia last year.

Thank goodness, there is ksp to take my mind off the pain.

Thank goodness, there are kind souls in ksp that I could share this pain.

I will be 44 soon.

This morning, read that the 7 times F1 driver, Michael Schumacher had a skiing accident, and now fighting for his life. He is 44 yo this year.

Somehow I hv this probia for this number 44.

Hey, michael didn't win the F1 44 times, did he?

there is this phrase "self-fulfilling prophecy", any similarities are just pure coincidences. i believe we rule our own life with the decisions we make. make a wrong decision, make the best out of a bad situation. make a right decision, we take pride in it. in every situations, there are lessons to be learnt and we learn to take things in our stride and strive to make it better.

4 is just a number, so is 44.

44 will come and go and you'll realise your worries are unfounded. let's meet each day with faith and cheerfulness! you can do it! :hugs:

Hi, just popping into some 'homes' to wish Happy New Year.

Age is just a number. Don't be too bothered by it. I sometimes forget exactly how old I am. Ha.

Schumacher had a high risk career and he is in a coma because he was doing something that involves risk.

I agree with your DH. You should travel while you still can. Before grandkids come along.
