ya, used to have mee sua n egg on the Chinese birthday.
now no longer celebrate.
I reduced the recipe to 2 eggs portion.
Soft, fluffy, sweetness just nice.
Worth baking as a normal cake with frosting.
Think the amt of butter used is too little for a real butter cake.

this time must tell you clearly liao....can you remember our sister HappyMama...one year ago, when i told her that her bread looked yummy, the next day she baked a loaf of bread and delivered to ph's back gate for me and dd....it was so yummy that both of us finished the whole loaf of bread on our way home.....we were so touched.....
