I should not have eaten laksa with raw blood clams on Thurs.

Since Fri, I did not feel well, bloated stomach. Top it with 2 bread pizza on Fri dinner.

Skipped dinner on Sat as I did not feel hungry. Slept early on Sat night.

Jut drank almond milk with a few soda crackers - feeling much better.

As I lay on the bed thinking: hubby is not around, can my children look after me if I am really ill?

Take care, Jennifer. Can try eno drink? If not, best to see a doctor. Agree with icy_mama. Ur boys will rise to the occasion if the need arises. I always tell my 2 boys... I am old le; their turn to look after me.

Jen, u can try the pagoda powder, may help too..or drink some ginger tea.
I was equally bad last night, had diarrhea & vomiting, kept lying on bed...and I self treat with those medicine that I got from GP. Dh didn't really care about me too, only asked my children & see see look look...a bit pissed off by his attitude.

Would you like try taking gaviscon or charcoal pills could have some help in digestion.
