Eversince I drink more warm beverages like tea n ginger tea, I get less backache prior n during menses. Now with more bike exercises, I feel much lighter in my footsteps, can walk faster, climb overhead bridges w/o exhaustion.

Even with this indigestion going on, I did not feel very tired throughout the day.

The Chinese physician also commented my pulse is still quite strong.

Since Fri, I did not feel well, bloated stomach. Top it with 2 bread pizza on Fri dinner.

Skipped dinner on Sat as I did not feel hungry. Slept early on Sat night.

Jut drank almond milk with a few soda crackers - feeling much better.

As I lay on the bed thinking: hubby is not around, can my children look after me if I am really ill?

I think your kids will step up if they are needed. Your elder boy especially.

I know my kiddos will try their best even at their age. DD may even cook for me. If that happens, high chance it will be eggs for every meal.

In fact, I honestly think I will be able to lean more on kiddos if I am not well than on DH. Each time I am unwell, I get kiddos massaging me and bringing me hot drinks but DH will look at me and shake his head and say things like 'see you like that I also stress.' 'why can't you take better care of yourself'

Hope you feel better now. A lot of people seem to be falling sick lately.

That night before elder boy turned in for the night, he came to speak to me: mum, u dun sleep at 3am tonight, ok?

That really warmed my heart.

This is a form of sayang I wish to get from my boys.

That is so
We all need a little love - after it shows what we mean to them.

never too late to start taking care of ourselves first. only when we're healthy, then we can take better care of our family. jjxy mum, take care! :snuggles:

Happy Birthday, Jennifer!

The part about trying to do the right thing, even when we don't know what the right thing is, Jennifer...

.... is something I learnt about you, in your course of motherhood.

While we won't know if we did things right for sure, we definitely know, all that we tried, we did it for love. As long as we continue to love, we'll keep trying.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JENNIFER.
