:idea: cook less, so buy lesser, open the fridge lesser too, therefore save electricity.

The PUB reading was up to 17th Jan.

The boys started sch on 6th.

Prior to that, I was cooking almost twice daily, hubby was only away for short trips.

I was washing more leh.

making roast pork now.

just checked, the skin does not seem to be crispy :faint:

Yummy.

Towards the last 15 mins, I up the temp to 220 deg c. Checked at the last 5 mins, already crispy. Brushed some rice vinegar on top.

I dun hv the tools to poke holes, could not find anywhere in NTUC n Kimable.

Only able to scratch the skin, made a few cuts with the big.knife.

jennifer, i used a steak knife to stab the skin. more tedious. if got those poking tool will make the job much easier!

the meat looks soooo juicy! yum! :drool:

any idea where to get the poking tool?

I saw sb's blog using small skewers tight tge.

Wondering whether it will be easy to scratch the skin if the meat is slightly frozen?
