Ya. Ytd saw the physician. Still hv a slight running nose, so at the same see what can b done abt the wrist pain.

Dare not use Salonpas anymore.

I pasted 2 Salonpas on my back last week, bn itching n now I carry a Australia map.on my back.

I just done a google on " teeth grinding", it says caffeine could be the cause..

I hv not drank coffee lately. Anyway I dun think I teeth grind daily, hubby did not complain.
