Haahahah

scary? :yikes:  my hubby says it's irritating and sleep disturbing. he said he kept on pushing me to make me stop but i'd do a reprise.

To stop teeth grinding, try this - tap the cheeks gently. Try it, it works on me.

Yes, it is scary. My hubby said that too. There was a period of time when I grind my teeth every night. He experimented a few tricks and said the tap cheeks was the best and easiest.

Good morning.

Much better more, can stretch out the fingers w/o feeling tightness, visibly not swollen too.

Can rotate clockwise, anti clockwise a little pain can b felt.

don't stressed up yourself, just treat these few days as your Off days.
Go online and watch some TV drama ( some China drama is quite entertaining)

Can't lah.

I did not do cleaning on CNY 1st to 3rd day. Guess what, elder boy asked whether he could vacuum the floor on the 3rd day evening. He can't stand the dusty floor.

These days he is busy with orientation and his shooting CCA cos there is a major competition coming in April. So he is back home late else I would wait for him to clean the house.

Our place can't dun vacuum for > 2days, too dusty, esp in this windy weather though I already leave the windows n sliding doors slightly ajar only.
