Got a xray done this morning, no fracture. Steroids injection, takes another 2 week's to recover fully.

Doc ordered light duties.

Just taken a painkiller an hour ago, did not know steroids injection can cause much pain. I thought I hv a high threshold for pain. Once passed 40, must really take better care of oneself.

Actually there r 2 injury. One on the right ligament, one on the left. 2 injections done.

The right one was after a night sleep, likely to b shielding the night light while hubby was reading on the bed.

The other one awkward posture when moving.

Doc mentioned unnatural degree of bending. Hm, maybe too much Angry bird on the phone too :rotflmao:
