Finished all the ironing of hubby's shirts n jeans. Wrist seems ok now.

Jennifer, good to hear about your wrist. But do consider stepping up your activities gradually ya? That includes the data entry.

When we type, our arms, wrists and fingers may assume certain position which can be straining

Now that your wrist ok. Do some wrist exercise to strengthen it. Get those stress balls and start squeezing. Don't forget stretching exercises too.
