:hugs: thank you for sharing... i remembered those wooden windows and metal arm...

till today, i believe u haven't seen any window flying off, other than the imaginary one in your dream, right?

how do one get over one's fears and phobia?

I had great imagination as a child

The highest level is 10 in our HBD flat. Once I visited a classmate who lived in the same block on the 10th floor. I looked down n felt my heart skipped a beat.

Avoid it.

If cannot avoid, whenever possible call for Maid or DH, in that order because DH also scared.

When really no choice then face it and kill it.

My fear is cockroaches.

These days, I shout for my boys, esp the elder one, to get rid of them, hoping he will develop a macho attitude towards these creatures n no need to enlist a helper in case the dw is also scared :rotflmao: I "not scared" but not "not scared" either.

As in when sleeping you get the feeling that you are falling and you wake up startled?

That is a sign of stress

Dreaming of falling is a sign of stress? Oh dear. I have this feeling often and even awakened and holding onto the beds tightly.
