Yes bb_mom. Same for me.

Surprisingly I wasn't even asleep on my pillow. Too exhausted until didn't care got pillow or not. But I had my #4 bolster.

Well it's usually he who snores and I never once said anything. So... :rubhands: payback time?? :rotflmao:

Wow, u must be really exhausted for the longest time.

Mm, after the massage, u noticed any diff in your bowel movement? I m experiencing irregular patterns these days.

I'm the type who never went for massage and facial. Not even manicure.
Dont know how to 保养 的人。
The only massage that i got is the malay massage aft i have given birth, to get rid of the "air".

I'm taking manuka honey, one plastic teaspoon every morning before breakfast. Heard tat it enhance the immune system and gd for the skin.

FB555, how long hv u bn taking the MH? B4 breakfast = on empty stomach?

I cant remember how long. I tink abt 2 years. Yes, i take MH every morning w an empty stomachache, I heard must b 30 mins b4 breakfast, but i never follow it strictly.
DH said gd for me so i jus take lor. But he dont dare to take MH as he has over reactive immune system. He has enzema.

Our MH is only taken when we r abt to hv a sore throat.

The other day OG has MH promo, 2 bottles of 1 kg each. I was thinking how to finish? Now u gave me an idea. Next time, I see such promo, wld get them.

Btw, MH can b stored in fridge?

I love learning through play activities. Keeps young ones engaged and very interested. :love: They are both learning so fast so I must chiong on prep work. Hubs doesn't plan to send them to school yet.... :sweat: ...plus I suppose preschool education is most expensive apart from university later on in life. So being a single income household, might be a little tight especially now with helper.

Today another mild spinning feeling whilst in the pool. Sigh. :roll: I try to tahan coz didn't wanna be dependent on medication. But our day ended early coz hubs packed dinner and we went home.
