that's one thing i'd like to do too when i'm done with these kids.

the vertigo is not just giddy.
It is non-stop spinning which wil trigger vomitting.
So now am very cautious on rides which are bumpy or has motion. I dont take viking rides, roller coastal rides, or those rides in amusement park.

Flights? What happens if you're onboard and there's turbulence?

awful! only time i had nausea was when i was preggie. hated it.

I know!

I had that for 6 months when I was carrying my DD2. It was horrible! I recall one time I was teaching phonics to my group of students in the centre, we were doing revision for letters c, f, i and m. At c, I felt it I tried coughing it away.. Then at f, I put three fingers on my lips trying to still control. At i, it literally felt like coming all out from my insides. You know... fom the pit of your stomach.. inside the cheeks feeling all yucky sourish.. But at m, I gave up. Because one of my students asked. "Miss _ , are you feeling okay? You can go to the toilet first, we will just sit down here and wait for you quietly. Don't worry about us." So the tight-lipped me ran... yes, stood up and rannn to the loo and well at letter m, everything I tried to hold in went muooooockkhhh into the toilet bowl. Image

So far, my flights were ok.
I am most worried when it strikes during overseas though I carry the medicine. I am like carrying a time-bomb.
